What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your booking.
Do you offer refunds?
We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our services. While services are not refundable, we welcome feedback and will work with you to address any concerns you may have.
For in-store and online store clothing items, please see our Return Policy page. We offer store credit for returns made within 7 days if you find that an item doesn’t quite fit. Please ensure returned items are in resellable condition with original tags and packaging, show no signs of wear, use, or odor, and are not discounted or listed as non-returnable (such as accessories, bodysuits, and sale items).
All returns must meet our stringent requirements, and please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
